BEFORE COMING TO THE OFFICE
- student needs to fill the excel table COURSES Incoming mobility and send it to mobilnost@fsb.hr in order to ensure faster enrollment to FSB
- obtain OIB number - Personal Identification Number (PIN) is obligatory identifier in the whole Croatian public administration system and precondition for obtaining other necessary documents. OIB issues Ministry of Finance – Tax administration (POREZNA UPRAVA), Avenija Dubrovnik 32 (trams No. 6, 7, 14 – stop “SREDIŠĆE”), 5th floor, room No. 52. WORKING HOURS: 8am – 1.30pm. The issuance of the OIB-number is free of charge
- FSB assigns each incoming student a BUDDY who helps him/her with the entire enrollment procedure. In order to ensure each student has a buddy, we advise students to contact the Project Administration and Mobility Office (via mobilnost@fsb.hr) before coming to the office
AT THE OFFICE
- student gets an Invitation Letter in Croatian which is necessary for obtaining student Residence Permit at Ministry of the Interior (Foreigners’ Office, Central Police Station (Odsjek za strance, Policijska uprava Zagrebačka) in Petrinjska ulica 30, HR-10000 Zagreb,WORKING HOURS: 8am – 3:30 pm)
- student receives a public transportation form for ZET (Zagreb Electric Tram). Central ZET building is located in Ozaljska 105, Tram lines 3, 9, 12 – end station "LJUBLJANICA". Please prepare 1 passport size photo
- student receives a Horizontal Mobility template in case if he/she decides to take some courses on other faculties within the University of Zagreb. Number of these courses should not exceed 50% of overall number of courses
ENROLLMENT
- Under the condition that the student have previously filled in the excel table COURSES Incoming mobility and have sent it to mobilnost@fsb.hr, next step is to go to the Student’s Office (South building, B block, ground floor, room 3) for the enrollment procedure
- After that, student goes to the Computer Centre in order to obtain AAI@EduHr identity i.e. login and password for Internet access and for the Information System of Higher Education Institutions – ISVU System
- At the Computer Centre the student will be photographed for the X-card (student card) which is used for eating in student restaurants. Erasmus students are entitled to a state subsidy – the monthly amount of approx. 700 HRK that enables them to eat at a cheaper price in student restaurants (75% of the full price for the meal is subsidized by the state, students pay only 25%). The card is temporary and valid only during your stay in Zagreb and if you lose the card, the fine is 100 HRK. Before going back home please return the card to the Computer Centre.
