ENROLLMENT AT FSB

Every student (on study stay or internship) needs to fill in FSB mobility survey in charge of monitoring statistics of incoming student mobilities.

Instructions below are valid only for students on study stay!!

Please check the Academic Calendar 2025/2026. as well as Useful information by UNIZG and follow the instructions below for enrollment at FSB.

• All students on study stay need to pay 12,00 € for the student card (X card) which confirms your student status in Croatia. Additionally, x card allows to students on Erasmus study stay discounted meals in student restaurants. Here are the banking details:

• Please check FSB courses in English with your Learning Agreement - if need, contact professors for schedule/timetable and other details directly via their e-mail addresses.

• If you chose some courses on other faculties within the University of Zagreb, you should fill the Horizontal Mobility form for each course separately that takes place at another faculty (as part of an intern UNIZG procedure).*

*Number of these courses should not exceed 50% of overall number of courses. This form is filled out by student and signed by Mobility Office of the home Faculty - FSB (point 1). Then, you should send this form with signed point 1 to the Mobility Coordinator at external faculty so the course professor at the external faculty can fill and sign point 2 as a confirmation of enrollment. After passing the exam, the professor fills your grade and signs point 3. In the end, ECTS coordinator at home Faculty signs the point 4 as the confirmation of the finished horizontal mobility. This form covers the entire mobility process and the students themselves handle signatures with professors. Courses must be entered in ISVU system at the end of the semester in which the mobility was completed.

• When you receive the OIB number and choose final list of courses, please fill: 1) an Excel form Incoming mobility form - COURSES DATA and send it together with 2) the confirmation of payment for X card and 3) your color PICTURE in JPG format, 300 DPI = 300 (lenght)*300 (height) and only for students who choose some courses at other faculties 4) Horizontal Mobility Form with filled point 1 (we will put JMBAG for you, stamp it and sign it) to an e-mail adress: mobilnost@fsb.hr- send it by one week before starting semester**

**for 2025/2026 SS till 23/02/2025 at latest!

• Upon enrollment, we will inform you by email when come to the Mobility Office in person to get your JMBAG student number, temporary X card, original invitation letter for residence permit and AAI@EduHr identity (login and password for Internet access and for the Information System of Higher Education Institutions in Croatia – ISVU System). Later on, we will inform you when permanent X cards will be ready to get them.
