Application

a) apply for STUDY STAY (SMS)

All incoming foreign students who want to take a study stay at FSB within official student exchange programmes Erasmus+ KA131 and KA171 SMS, aswell as Bilateral mobility agreement have to follow:

 UNIZAG "How to apply" procedure!

Nominations should be submitted exclusively via the online form at the link above. Nominated students need to submit their application in UNIZAG online application portal (MoveON). Link to the online application portal will be sent directly to the student via email after the nomination has been confirmed by the UNIZG Central International Relations Office. 

Nomination deadlines (for PARTNER UNIVERSITIES):

• for the 1st / winter semester / academic year => from 1 March until 1 May
• for the 2nd / summer semester => from 1 September until 1 November 
  

Application deadlines (for STUDENTS):

• for the 1st / winter semester / academic year => from 1 March until 15 May
• for the 2nd / summer semester => from 1 September until 15 November

We accept applications for professional internships throughout the year. All incoming students who want to take an internship at FSB should send on mobilnost@fsb.hr (official email from FSB Mobility Office) the following documentation:

• CV
• acceptance letter (you can use our form or the one from your home university)
• in email text please specify your willing internship dates and interest in topic
• motivation letter (facultative)

You will get an feedback answer from Mobility Office if a specific Department is able to accept you, and if yes - you will get your Mentor Professor, with who will you agree on the internship details and documentation. Just note that our Faculty during your internship here does not provide you any financial or similar supports, as insurance. 


Every student (on study stay or internship) needs to fill in FSB mobility survey in charge of monitoring statistics of incoming student mobilities.

ACOMMODATION 

As for acommodation, our University provide dormitory place only for Erasmus students on study stay (SMS) so for all other incoming students we recommend some platforms for seeking private apartments: https://www.unizg.hr/homepage/international-exchange/exchange-students/living-studying-in-zagreb/ 

COFINANCED MEALS in STUDENT RESTAURANTS

Only students on Erasmus study stay (SMS) have right to cofinanced meals from the Croatian Ministry of Science and Education in student restaurants. All incoming students on Bilateral or any other program for study stay, as well as Erasmus or any other program in purpose of internship have no right to discounted meals.
